We are a Health & Safety driven organisation and as such we hold accreditations with CHAS and Safe Contractor
We are an accredited Repair Care wood decay and rot repair specialist.
All personnel hold CSCS cards in their relevant field.
CPHSP’s, Risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH are implemented on every project.

My name is Lewis, I am the co-founder of Mea (Southern) Ltd.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and explore the services that we can offer you.
In 2016, after years of managing businesses on behalf of other companies, I first decided to implement our business plan and set up a small decorating and property services company working within residential homes.
Move forward just three short business years and that company had grown to where we were delivering high quality construction, refurbishment & maintenance projects for our clients across the healthcare sector, schools, funeral homes, care homes, Insurance reinstatement works as well as our very successful domestic & residential works.
In 2021 I decided to join forces with my partner Lauren to form our new company MEA (Southern) Ltd and focus on delivering projects for portfolio clients, such as insurance reinstatement works, local property developments and our work within the health care sector.
During my time in the industry I have ascertained the top priorities for our clients; communication, reliability and quality workmanship. Our services are delivered in such a way to ensure that these three factors are fulfilled to exceed our client expectations.
I take great pride in the relationships we have with our clients and look forward to adding you to our clientele.

I'm Lauren, co-founder of Mea (Southern) Ltd.
Having spent many years in formal education followed by a graduate role in the Health & Social Care Sector I teamed up with Lewis to support with the growth of his company back in 2016.
Having spent 5 years learning from Lewis and developing my own skills within our network and in line with the company's growth we decided to unite and form a new company together focusing on our key service areas bringing with us all of our experience.
Myself and Lewis are excited to be working together on this new venture and know that we can deliver the value that our clients expect from us.
